Spring Edition

Right now we're providing a blend of freshly milled einkorn and freshly milled millets. The result is a lighter bread which is perfect for spring. According to Ayurveda: 

  • Freshly ground wheat is considered a sattvic food 
  • It is particularly nourishing to vata and pitta types
  • It is totally delicious 😋
  • The fresh grind allows for full nutrient absorption

Why this bread is different


The first thing you'll notice is the actual physical weight of this bread. This is a direct testament to the nutritional density that is packed into all our baked goods. Our process of grounding whole ancient grains just before baking, preserves the full spectrum of nutrients, flavor, and vitality.

Did you know?

The "100% whole wheat" you see on nutrition labels is processed, denatured, heat treated and has had many of its natural constituents removed. 100% whole wheat is a "legal definition" defined as an "end product that must resemble the original product. According to the FDA, wheat which has had the bran and germ removed, been heat treated and chemically processed, and then had riboflavin and niacin added back in "resembles the original product."

Love, prana, freshly milled einkorn berries, live yeast culture, egg, maple syrup, olive oil, spices, and salt
