Our Artisan Farm loaf is made with freshly milled einkorn wheat berries. It contains:

  • B vitamins (especially B1, B2, B3, B6)
  • Iron, magnesium, selenium, and zinc
  • Active enzymes that support digestion and nutrient assimilation
  • Unoxidized oils that are typically lost or rancid in pre-ground flour

Did you know?

The "100% whole wheat" you see on nutrition labels is processed, denatured, heat treated and has had many of its natural constituents removed. 100% whole wheat is a "legal definition" defined as an "end product that must resemble the original product. According to the FDA, wheat which has had the bran and germ removed, been heat treated and chemically processed, and then had riboflavin and niacin added back in "resembles the original product."
