What makes this peanut butter special?

Nearly all commercial peanut butter is made using blanched peanuts. This blanching removes the skin (and the vitality!!) from the peanut. We roast raw unblanched peanuts in small batches with the skins in tact producing a flavor and vitality that is truly unique.
