Jeff Cripe is the man behind Eagle Creek Apiary. He's a healer with a heart of gold and an enthusiasm that can only be grasped in person. The quality of his honey soars above the rest. From hive temperature controls, to harmonious extraction practices, (which are by no means standard practice for other bee keepers as this is expensive) I can only tell you the beginnings of the passion this man has for providing true life giving honey straight from nature.
Spring honey is ideal for helping to remove excess mucus and congestion from the body, particularly in the respiratory passages and sinuses. Pease do not consume cooked honey in any form. It's a common misconception that honey is a healthy substitute for baking or cooking. The truth is that cooked honey is quite toxic to the body. According to Ayurveda it becomes a non-homogenous glue that adheres to cell membranes and subtle channels of the body causing stagnation and blockages.
